We are an artisan company and make all our products from scratch and custom for every order.
We ask for you to place your orders 1 to 2 weeks in advance to ensure we have time to process them. For larger orders please write to enquire on lead times first. Most smaller orders are processed and shipped within a few days.
For US clients, please limit orders to $2500 USD pre-tax (place several smaller orders if you need, or email us to do the larger order for you).
Pallets from BC to California USA for around $750 CAD. We will also pay for all brokerage and duties and this will be included as an extra on your bill. You will only be required to fill out an 5106 form and send direct to our customs brokers. We take care of all the issues crossing the border and its quick and easy.
For customers in Canada/BC's Lower Mainland, please do not come to our Willingdon address as we do not have a showroom or open warehouse for customers. Pick-up services are not available but we do offer our local delivery for a flat fee of $65 CAD.
Sample Boards, Ceiling and Wall Training
This course will run Feb 7-9 for 3 days and will include 8-10 2x2 sample boards using a wide variety of our Venetian, liquid metal, Clay and concrete look plasters, including one large ceiling and medium sized wall for training purposes. Priming, first coats, textures, burnishing, wax, polishing etc will all be included in the course. They will be three very intensive days focusing on decorative techniques, product knowledge and large space applications.

Concrete Look Sample boxes
This Box contains 12 custom made samples with labels indicating the product, color, technique, trowel used and sealer. These samples are a great resource for designers, builders and home owners and can help for specifying for projects.

X-Coarse Concrete has been designed to create a one of a kind concrete look product. We are using a specially selected grey colored calcium rich marble aggregate that perfectly matches with our pre-formulated grey powders to provide beautiful concrete effects.
